The Procurement Directorate of MRRD invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for procurement of Procurement of Laptop & Desktop Computers, Photo Copier, Scanner & Printers.

Bidding will be conducted through a National Open competition procurement arrangement and Request for Bids selection method specified in the World Bank’s Regulation for NPF July 2016, Revised November 2017, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.

Interested eligible bidders may get further information and can obtain the Bidding Documents at the address given below in official hours on any working days from Saturday to Thursday.

Qualifications requirements include: The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence that it meets the following requirement(s):

1. The interested bidders shall submit a dully acceptable document demonstrating its financial capability not less than (AFN 3,900,000 (Three Million and Nine Hundred Thousand Only)
2. Submission of documents that the bidder has an annual turnover of AFN 9,750,000 (Nine Million Seven Hundred and Fifty thousand only) in any of the last five years (Jan 2014 – Dec 2018)
3. The Bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar contract with amount not less than AFN 5,850,000 (Five million and Eight hundred fifty Thousand) or two contracts with amount not less than AFN 9,750,000 (Nine Million Seven Hundred and Fifty thousand only) completed in the last ten (10) years.
4. All bids shall be accompanied with Bid Security with amount AFN 290,000 (Two Hundred and Ninety Thousand Only)

Bids must be delivered to the address below on/or before 25 July, 2020 at 10:00 HRS Local Time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
