Implementation of 13 development projects in Baghlan province

At a total cost of AFNs, 19.9 million the construction work of 13 welfare projects have been recently completed and handed over through the National Citizen’s Charter Program of the Rural Rehabilitation and Development Ministry (MRRD) in central Baghlan district of Baghlan province.

These projects include: digging of 55 semi deep water wells, construction of water supply network, 1695 meters irrigation Canal and a 465 meters long protective wall that by the implementation of the mentioned projects the problems of 2312 families have been solved now they have access to clean drinking water, irrigation of the agriculture lands and protection of the flood risks.

It is worth to be mentioned that during the implementation of the mentioned projects, 8858 lobar days were also created.
