د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام لوري د ۱،۶ ميليونه افغانیو په ارزښت د څښاک د پاکو اوبو د ۱۶ څاه ګانو د جوړولو کار د کندز ولایت د علي آباد ولسوالۍ د حاجي حسین بالانهر کلي د پراختیایي شورا لخوا بشپړ او ګټې اخیستنې ته وسپارل شو. دغه څاه ګانې هر یو یې د ۴۰ مترو په ژور والي کیندل شويدي چې د نوموړې پروژې د کار په بهیر کې ماهرو اوغیرماهرو کاریګروته ۲۹۷ کاري ورځې رامنځته شوې وي، چې ۲۹۷ کورنۍ به ترې ګته اخلي.
