د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري  د نږدې ۱۱ میلیونه  افغانیو په لګښت د لمريزې برېښنا د څلورو پروژو د جوړیدو کار د نیمروز ولایت د چاربرجک ولسوالۍ اړوند د زارزوال، چيغني، مفرضهٔ عبدالغني او کرودي کليو د پراختیایي شوراګانو له لوري روان دی. دغه پروژې به د ۲۸ کيلو واټه برېښنا د توليد توان ولري او د بشپړیدو وروسته به ۲۷۳ کورنۍ ترې ګټه اخلي. د یادو پروژو د  کار په بهیر کې به  ۳۶۶۰ کاري ورځې  سيمي  ماهرو اوغیر ماهرو کاریګرو ته  رامنځته شي او ژر به  یې چارې بشپړې شي.
