د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د سمنګان ولایت د خرم او سارباغ ولسوالۍ اړوند د چهارسنگ، ده نو سارباغ، داخل زو او پس حصار د کلیو د پراختیایي شورا ګانو لخوا د څه باندې د ۷ میلیونه او ۲۰۰ زره افغانیوپه لګښت د څښاک د پاکو اوبو د یوې شریکې شبکې د جوړیدو کار روان دی. دغه شبکه ۵۵۷۰ متره اوږد والی، ۳ نلکې او د ۱۴۰ مکعبه مترو په ظرفیت د اوبو ۴ زیرمې لري. د نوموړي شبکې د جوړولو کار تر اوسه ۸۰ سلنه پرمخ تللی چې فني او غیر فني کاریګرو ته به ۲۰۰۰ کاري ورځې رامنځته کړي او د بشپړیدو وروسته به ۱۵۹ کورنۍ ترې ګټه اخلي.
