برنامه ملی آبرسانی، حفظ الصحه محیطی و آبیاری، وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات یک باب شبکه آبرسانی سولری به ارزش ۲.۶ میلیون افغانی را در روستای شیرین غوندی حسن خان ولسوالی کوت ولایت ننگرهار تکمیل و به بهره برداری سپرد.
در جریان اعمار این شبکه ۲۱۰۰ روز کاری ایجاد شده و با تکمیل شدن آن، ۲۳۰ خانواده به آب آشامیدنی صحی دسترسی یافته اند.
