د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د نیمروز ولایت د کنګ ولسوالۍ اړوند د کلي پر سړک باندې د شګې اچولو کار د څه باندې د ۲۸،۸ میلیونه  افغانیو په لګښت  روان دی. دغه سړک  ۳۲ کیلو متره اوږد والی او شاوخوا ۸ متره پلنوالی لري چې په نږدې راتلونکې کې به ګټې ته وسپارل شي. د یادونې وړ ده چې د نوموړي سړګ د کار په بهیر کې ماهرو اوغیر ماهرو کاریګرو ته به ۷۰۰۰ کاري ورځې  هم رامنځته شي .
