برنامه ملی آبرسانی، حفظ الصحه محیطی و آبیاری، وزارت بازسازی و انکشاف دهات ۱۰ حلقه چاه آب آشامیدنی به ارزش ۱.۴ میلیون افغانی را در قریه جات مختلف ولسوالی خوگیانی ولایت ننگرهار تکمیل و به بهره برداری اهالی آن روستاها سپرد.
در جریان کار این پروژه ۸۸۰ روز کاری ایجاد شده و پس از تکمیل شدن آن، ۱۹۰ خانواده به آب آشامیدنی صحی دسترسی پیدا کرده اند.
