د کلیو بیارغونې او پرمختیا وزارت، په کلیوالي سیمو کې د اوبو رسولو ملي پروګرام له لوري د غزني ولایت د جاغوري ولسوالۍ په «پیتاب زیرګ» کلي ، د څه باندې اته ميليونه افغانیو په ارزښت د اوبو رسولو یوه لمریزه شبکه جوړه او د خلکو ګټنې ته وسپارل شوه.

د یادې شوې شبکې د جوړولو چارو د ځايي خلکو لپاره ۳۰۰ کاري ورځې ایجاد کړې او په بشپړېدو سره یې د څه باندې ۳۰۰کورنیو لپاره د څښلو پاکې اوبه برابرې کړې او یاد شبکه ۱۳ کیلومتره اوږدوالی لري.
