کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام د غله جاتو د بانک له خوا د بدخشان ولایت د تیشکان ولسوالۍ د ده استایان کلي د پراختیایي شورا له لوري له ۲۹ بیوزلو کورنیو سره څه باندې د ۲۰ زره افغانيو په ارزښت د د خوراکي توکو مرسته وشوه. دغه مرستې د ولسي تړون د ټولنیز ګډون لپاره د مالي وجهې پروګرام (SIG) لخوا چې د خلکو ونډه هم پکې وه، کلیوالو ته ورکړل شوه، چې غنم، بوره، او خرما پکې شامل وو.
