د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د سمنګان ولایت د خرم او سارباغ ولسوالۍ د ده کلان په کلي کې د  څه  باندې ۱،۸ میلیونه  افغانیو په ارزښت د کرنیزو ځمکو د  اوبه  کولو یوه زیرمه  جوړه شوه. دغه زیرمه ۱۰۰ مربع متره مساحت او د ۴۰۰  مکعبه متره په حجم  د اوبو زیرمه کولو  ظرفیت لري. د نوموړې پروژې د کار په بهیر کې ۱۰۵۵ فني  او غیر فني کاریګروته  کاري ورځې رامنځته شوې او د بشپړیدو وروسته به ۱۵۰ کورنۍ ترینه ګټه  اخلي.
