د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د څه باندې  ۶ میلیونه او ۱۰۰ زره افغانیو په لګښت د اقراء پروژې  په چوکاټ کې  د یو لمړني ښوونځي د ودانۍ د جوړولو کار د کندز ولایت دعلي اباد ولسوالۍ د چیپ بالا کلي په کې روان دی. یاد ښوونځي چې د نجونو او هلکانو د زده کړې لپاره جوړیږي، ۸ ټولګي لري، چې د ضرورت وړ ۵ تشنابونه او د پاکو اوبو یوه څاه به هم ولري. د یاد ښوونځي  د جوړولو په بهیر کې به ۸۶۶ ماهروکاریګرو او ۲۹۶۸ غیر ماهرو کاریګرو ته ۳۸۳۴ کاري ورځې رامنځ ته شي.
