کار ساخت یک کانال آبیاری و دو حقابه به ارزش بیش از یک میلیون افغانی از طرف برنامهی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات در روستای صوفی سید شاه ولسوالی علی آباد ولایت کندز تکمیل و به بهره برداری سپرده شد.
طول این کانال ۲۶ متر و ارتفاع آن حدود یک و نیم متر است.
در جریان کار اعمار پروژه مذکور برای ۷۵۹ کارگر فنی و غیر فنی زمینهی کارفراهم شده و پس از تکمی شدن آن، ۱۰۰ جریب زمین، تحت پوشش آبیاری قرار گرفته است.
