کار اعمار یک باب مکتب ابتدایی به ارزش ۳.۹ میلیون افغانی و مساحت ۲۱۰۰ متر مربع، زیر چتر پروژهی اقراء از سوی برنامهی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات، در روستای کهنه قلعه پایان ولسوالی خان چارباغ ولایت فاریاب ۶۵ درصد پیش رفته است.
این مکتب دارای ۶ صنف درسی، تشناب و دیوار احاطه میباشد که پس از تمکیل شدن برای ۴۰۰ شاگرد، زمینهی فراگیری تعلیم و تربیه را فراهم خواهد کرد.
