د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري څه  باندې  ۳  میلیونه او ۲۰۰ زره افغانیو په لګښت د ښاري بریښنا د شبکې د جوړولو کار د سرپل ولایت د مرکزاړوند د بغاوی هزاره په کلي کې روان دی. نوموړې پروژه د ۱۷۰۰متروپه اوږدوالي د ۲۰ کیلو ولټ او د ۱۸۷۰ مترو په اوږدوالي د ۰،۴ کیلو ولټ د بریښنا د مزیو د غځولو لپار۴۸ پایې په نظر کې نیول شویدي. نوموړې پروژه د ۳۰۰ کلیو ولټ امپیر په ظرفت سره یو ترانسفارفر لري چې د شبکې په بشپړیدو سره به ۱۷۷ کورنۍ د ښارې بریښنا څخه برخمن شي .د یادونې وړ ده چې ددغې پروژې کار ۷۰ سلنه پرمخ تللی او د جوړیدو په کاري بهیر کی یې  ماهرو او غیر ماهرو کاریګرو ته  ۶۶۶ کاري ورځې هم رامنځته کېږي .
