کار ساخت ۲۱۰ متر سربند آبیاری به ارزش بیش از ۷ میلیون افغانی در قریه کاندی مرکز ولایت خوست از سوی برنامه انسجام ساحوی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات تکمیل و به بهره برداری سپرده شد.
در جریان تطبیق این پروژه ۳۸۶۱ روز کاری به میان آمده است و پس از تکمیل شدن، ۱۴۰۰ خانواده از آن مستفید شده و ۴۰۰۰ جریب زمین زراعتی تحت پوشش منظم آبیاری قرار گرفته است.
