کلیو د بیارغونې او پرمختیا وزارت، په کلیوالي سیمو کې د اوبو رسولوملي پروګرام له لوري  د ننګرهار ولایت د خوګیاڼیو ولسوالۍ په «لوی کلي وزیر» کې د اوبو رسولو یوه لمریزه شبکه د ۲،۷۴۷،۹۰۹ افغانیو په لګښت سره چې د یونیسف ادارې لخوا ورکړل شوې جوړه او د خلکو ګټې اخیستنې ته وسپارل شوه.
د اوبو رسولو د دغې پروژې د جوړولو په  چارو کې د ځايي خلکو لپاره شاوخوا ۱۲۰کاري ورځې ایجاد وې او په پشپړېدو سره یې د څه باندې ۱۸۰ کورنیو لپاره د څښلو پاکې او صحي اوبه برابرې شوې.
