کار اعمار ۷ باب مکتب ابتدایی به ارزش ۳۸.۳ میلیون افغانی زیر چتر پروژهی اقرأ از سوی برنامهی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات، با گذاشتن سنگ تهداب آن در قریههای محل مولانا صاحب برناباد، پشت حصار شرقی، جوی در فاقدان، کمانه، محل عسکرها، کلات قاضی وجنگان مربوط ولسوالی غوریان ولایت هرات آغاز شد.
در جریان کار این پروژهها بیش از ۲۱ هزار روز کاری برای کارگران فنی وغیر فنی ایجاد خواهد شد.
