At a cost of more than AFNs 4.3 million the construction work a protective completed and handed over through the Citizen’s Charter Priority Program of MRRD in Khulm district of Balkh province.
During the construction of the mentioned wall which is 140 meters long and 3 meters high, 1119 lobar days were created and 320 families have been benefited from the facilities.
