Handing over of one irrigation Canal project in Helmand province

At a cost of AFNs, 1.8 million the construction work of one irrigation canal project completed and handed over through the Citizen’s Charter National Priority Program of the Rural Rehabilitation and Development Ministry (MRRD) in Gull mohammad loe village of Nawa district of Helmand province.
During the construction of this canal which is 300 meters long, lobar days were created for more than 1030 technical and nontechnical workers.
It is worth to be stated by the construction of the mentioned canal 2200 hectares of agriculture lands have been irrigated and more than 813 families have been benefited.
