At a cost of AFNs 8.7 million the construction work of 469 meters protective wall begun through the Regional Programs of the Rural Rehabilitation and Development Ministry (MRRD) in Kashmand village of Darah e Noor district of Nangarhar province.
By the construction of this wall which will be constructed in three months, more than 500 hectares of the agricultural land will be protected from the flood risks.
