Implementation of a 160 – meter protective wall construction project worth 2 million Afghanis in Takhar

Construction of a 160-meter protective wall worth more than 2 million Afghanis has been completed and handed over by the Regional Programs Coordination Office of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in the Jangalzai village located in Farkhar district of Takhar province.
During the implementation of this project, 1348 working days were created and after the completion, 1422 local residents have been benefited from the facilities.
It is worth mentioning that with the construction of this wall, hundreds of hectares of the agricultural land and hundreds of residential houses have been protected from floods.
