کار ساخت یک ذخیرهی آب زراعتی به ارزش ۱.۸ میلیون افغانی از طرف برنامهی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات در روستای ده کلان ولسوالی خرم و سارباغ ولایت سمنگان تکمیل و به بهره برداری سپرده شد.
مساحت این ذخیرهی آب ۱۰۰ متر مربع و ظرفیت آن ۴۰۰ متر مکعب میباشد.
در جریان کار پروژه مذکور ۱۰۵۵ روز کاری را برای کارگران فنی و غیر فنی ایجاد شده و پس از تکمیل شدن ۱۵۰ خانواده از آن مستفید شده اند.
