د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري څه باندې  د ۸ میلیونه او ۴۰۰ زرو افغانیو په لګښت  د  دوو لمړنیو ښوونځیو د جوړولو کار د کندهار ولایت د تخته پل اوپنجوایي ولسوالیو د امير محمد تورکوتل او کوشکک په کلیو   کې پیل شو. یاد ښوونځي چې ۶ او ۸  درسي خونې، درې درې تشنابونه او  د څښاک د پاکو اوبو څاه ګانې لري. د دغو پروژو د کار په بهیر کې، ۱۴۲۰ کاري ورځې ماهرو او غیر ماهروکاریګرو ته  رامنځته شي او د نوموړو ولسوالیو ۶۱۰ زده کوونکو ته به د زده کړو ښه چاپیرل برابر کړي.
