یک کانال آب زراعتی به طول ۳۰۴ متر و ارزش ۱.۲ میلیون افغانی از طرف برنامهی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا وانکشاف دهات در روستای باغ سیل ولسوالی سمکنی ولایت پکتیا ساخته و به بهره برداری سپرده شد.
در جریان تطبیق این پروژه ۶۳ روز کاری برای ۲۰ کارگران فنی و غیر فنی فراهم آمده و پس از تکمیل شدن، ۶۸ خانواده از آن مستفید شده و ۸۵ جریب زمین زراعتی تحت پوشش آبیاری قرار گرفته است.
