د کليو بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت د سیمه ییزو پروګرامونو د همغږۍ دفتر له لوري د څه باندې 8 میلیون افغانیو په ارزښت د کندهار د ارغستان ولسوالۍ په مهمندزیو او سپینه ګاړه کلیو کې د اوبو لګولو د کاریزونو د تطبیقیدونکو پروژو کار اویا سلنه بشپړ شوی، چې له ټاکلي مهال ویش سره سم به ګټې اخیستنې ته وسپارل شي.

د دې پروژو په کاري بهیر 3970 کاري ورځې رامنځته او په بشپړیدو به یې د سیمې نږدې 100 هکټاره کرنیزه ځمکه د اوبو لګولو تر منظم پوښښ لاندې راشي چې 5425 ځايي اوسیدونکي به ترې ګټه پورته کړي.
