برنامه انرژی پایدار وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات سروی ۷۹۲۳ خانواده در ولسوالی سرکان ولایت کنر را به منظور توزیع برق آفتابی به آنها، تکمیل کرد.
پس از تکمیل مراحل تدارکاتی این سروی، روند توزیع بستههای خورشیدی خانه به خانه در آن ولسوالی آغاز خواهد شد.
گفتنی است که پیش از این از جمله ۶ ولسوالی سرحدی کنر، سروی ۵ ولسوالی آن تکمیل شده است.
