د کلیو د بیا رغونی او پراختیا وزارت د افغانستان او تاجیکستان په پوله باندې د معیشت د پیاوړتیا پروژه (لیتاکا) تر سیوري لاندې د څه باندی ۱۳ میلیونه ۷ لکه افغانیو په ارزښت د یوه ۳۱ متره پل او ۲۴۴ متره محافظوي دیوال د جوړولو کار د تخار ولایت د ینګې قلعه ولسوالۍ د جنګل صافیانو کلي کې بشپړ او ګټې اخستنې ته وسپارل شو. د یادونې وړ ده چې د دغه پل په جوړولو سره د ینګې قلعه ګڼو شمیر کلیو او د درقد ولسوالۍ ټول میشت خلک به له دې پروژې ګټه پورته کوي او د دوۍ ګڼ شمیر ستونزې به هوارې شي. همداراز د دغه پل جوړولو په ترڅ کې محلي کاریګرو ته ۹۱۰۰ کاري ورځې را منځ ته شوې وې.
