کار ساخت یک کانال زراعتی برنامهی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات به ارزش ۱.۴ میلیون افغانی در روستای حصار ولسوالی ورسج ولایت تخار ۷۰ درصد پیش رفته است.
طول این کانال ۲۰۰۰ متر بوده که در جریان اعمار آن ۱۴۵۰ روز کاری برای کارگران فنی وغیر فنی ایجاد میشود.
با تکمیل کار پروژهی متذکره حدود ۲۰۰۰ جریب زمین بی حاصل و بایر، قابل زرع شده و پس از تکمیل شدن ۱۲۰ خانواده از مزایای آن مستفید خواهند شد.
