The MRRD’s Minister introduced the newly appointed Deputy Minister for programs of the ministry

H. E associate professor Mujib Rahaman Karimi the Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development introduced Teacher Shahzar Zadran as the newly appointed deputy minister for programs of the ministry.
Addressing the participants of the ceremony which was held for the mentioned occasion, Minister Karimi appreciated the hard work and commitment of Mr.Shahzar Zadran , he outlined the professional background and experience of Mr. Zadran  and described him as a qualified and appropriate person for the position to which he has been appointed.
In return Mr. Shahzar Zadran thanked from the President of the country  and H.E Mr.Karimi for their trust and he emphasized on the importance of team work and he said that as in the past, our mission will be continued in team work and in coordination to find the best solutions for the problems of rural people of Afghanistan and create positive changes in the lives of our countrymen.
