کار اعمار ۱۳ باب مکتب ابتدایی به ارزش ۷۸ میلیون و ۲۰۰هزار افغانی زیر چتر پروژه‌ی اقراء از سوی برنامه‌ی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات، در ولسوالی‌های لکن، صبری، باک و دوه منده (شمل) ولایت خوست آغاز شد.
این مکتب‌ها که برای آموزش دختران و پسران اعمار می‌شود، ۶ الی ۱۲ صنفی بوده و دارای تشناب‌های مورد نیاز و چاه های آب آشامیدنی صحی نیز می‌باشد.
