کار ساخت پنج پروژه‌ی اعمار سربندها و دیوارهای استنادی به ارزش ۳۰ میلیون افغانی به سفارش ویژه‌ی رییس جمهور از سوی ریاست احیا و انکشاف دهات ننگرهار در ولسوالی‌های دوربابا، نازیان، اچین و غنی خیل آغاز شد.
این پروژه‌ها شامل ساخت ۱۰۹۰ متر دیوار استنادی و سربندها می‌شود که با ساخت آن‌ها ۵۰۰ جریب زمین از خطر سیلاب‌ها محافظت شده و ۸۰۰ جریب زمین دیگر تحت پوشش آبیاری قرار خواهند گرفت.
