د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري څه باندې د ۲ میلیونه او ۸۰۰ زره افغانیوپه لګښت د څښاک د پاکو اوبو د یوې شبکې د جوړولو کار د بلخ ولایت د خلم ولسوالۍ اړوند د صیاد په کلي کې روان دی. دغه شبکه ۳۰۴۱ متره اوږدوالۍ، ۱۶ نلکې، د ۲۵ مکعبه مترو په ظرفیت د اوبو یوه ارتفاعي زیرمه او د ۱۲۰ مترو په ژورتیا سره یوه ژوره څاه لري چې تر اوسه یې ۵۰ سلنه کار پرمخ تللی دی. د نوموړي کانال د کار په بهیر کې فني او غیر فني کاریګرو ته ۱۰۸۵ کاري ورځې رامنځته شوې اود بشپړیدو وروسته به ۲۸۷ کورنۍ ترې ګته اخلي.
