کار ساخت ۱۰ متر سربند و ۲۲۲ متر کانال آبیاری به ارزش نزدیک به 5 میلیون افغانی در قریه خارکش مرکز ولایت سرپل از سوی برنامهی انسجام ساحوی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات تکمیل و به بهره برداری سپرده شد.
در جریان تطبیق این پروژه، ۳۱۵۵ روز کاری به میان آمده، پس از تکمیل شدن حدود 100 جریب زمین زراعتی محل را تحت پوشش منظم آبیاری قرار داده و 2450 باشنده محل از مزایای آن مستفید شده اند.
