کار ساخت سه پل موتر رو به ارزش مجموعی ۳۵.۵ میلیون افغانی در ولسوالی‌های ده‌صلاح و پلحصار ولایت بغلان از سوی برنامه ملی راه سازی روستایی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات آغاز شد.
در جریان کار این پل‌ها ۱۳۵۰۰ روز کاری ایجاد شده و پس از تکمیل شدن آن‌ها، سه ولسوالی اندراب‌ها (بنو، ده‌صلاح و پلحصار) به گونه مستقیم و ولسوالی‌های خوست، فرنگ و گذرگاه نور به گونه غیرمستقیم به همدیگر وصل می‌شوند.
