کار ساخت یک کانال آب زراعتی برنامهی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات به ارزش ۱.۷میلیون افغانی در روستای قلعه مسعود آباد ولسوالی سوکی ولایت کنر ۳۵ درصد پیش رفته است.
این کانال ۵۰۶ متر طول داشته و در جریان کار آن برای ۲۵ کارگر فنی و غیر فنی زمینهی کار فراهم شده است.
با تکمیل کار کانال متذکره ۱۶۱ خانواده از مزایای آن مستفید شده و ۲۵۰ جریب زمین تحت پوشش آبیاری قرار خواهد گرفت.
