د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پرمختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون پروګرام له خوا د غور ولایت د لعل او سرجنګل په ولسوالۍ کې د ۳۸ میلیونو افغانیو په ارزښت ۳۷ پروژې بشپړې شوې او په همدغه ولسوالۍ کې د ۱۰۳ میلیونو افغانیو په ارزښت د ۵۹ نورو پروژو کار پیل شو.
په بشپړو شویو پروژو کې د اوبو رسونې شبکې، لمریزه بریښنا، د اوبو لګولو کانالونه، استنادي دیوالونه او د کرنیزو مځکو د خړوبولو شبکې شاملې دي، ددغو پروژو د کار په اوږدو کې ۷۹۵۴۳ کاري ورځې ایجاد شوې او د پروژو تر بشپړتیا وروسته به ۸۷۱۴ کورنۍ د هغو له ګټو برخمنې شي.
