The construction work of a protective wall in Nangarhar province

At a cost of AFNs 1.85 million the construction work of a protective wall has been 50 % completed through the Citizen’s Charter priority program of the Rural Rehabilitation and Development Ministry (MRRD) in Khan Kalay district of Nangarhar province. 

This protective wall is 140 meters long and 1.8 meters high and during its construction, 90 lobar days have been created for 20 technical and non-technical workers.

It is worth to be mentioned by the implementation of the mentioned project, 98 families have been benefited and 221 acres will be protected from the flood risk.
