Implementation of a development project worth 13 million Afghanis in Badakhshan
Construction of a 298 – meter protective wall and a 13.6- meter concreted bridge worth more than 13 million Afghanis is underway by the Regional Programs Coordination Office of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in the third district the provincial center of Badakhshan province.
During the implementation of this project, 7541 working days have been created and after its completion, 2800 locals will be benefited from the facilities.
It is worth mentioning that with the completion of this project, hundreds hectares of the agricultural land will be protected from floods and a large part of the transportation problems of the local people will be also solved.
