A Coordination Meeting Was Held with Representatives of Organizations at the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development

A coordination meeting was held today before noon at the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, led by the honorable Minister Alhaj Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhundzada, with representatives of various organizations.

This meeting, held at the ministry's headquarters, was attended by the honorable Minister Alhaj Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhundzada, central directors, Rolf Luyendijk—the head of the WASH section of UNICEF, as well as representatives from the Ministries of Public Health and Education, and other organizations.

At the beginning of the meeting, the honorable Minister Alhaj Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhundzada welcomed the guests and delivered a valuable speech about the importance of the meeting. He stated: “We must support our oppressed Afghan people and, using the available resources, provide them with facilities in various sectors, because this is our responsibility and we should never grow weary of fulfilling it.”

The honorable Minister also emphasized that all returning refugees must be provided with clean water supply facilities in towns and camps, and their issues should be addressed in a timely manner.

Furthermore, the representatives of the organizations were attentively listened to, and the meeting concluded with a prayer.
