The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Alhaj Mullah Muhammad Yunus Akhundzada, and an accompanying delegation supervised the construction of the water supply network in Qala-e Naw, Badghis province.
The water supply network project in Qala-e Naw, Badghis province, is a vital project being implemented by the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development at a cost of 326 million Afghanis.
This water supply network project includes the extension of a 120-kilometer pipe of water, the construction of a large 3,000-cubic-meter capacity clean water reservoir, and the installation of 640 gate walls.
With the completion of this project, 65,000 residents of the city will have direct access to clean drinking water.
