(6)check dams are being built in Saripul province by the Ministry of Rural rehabilitation and Development

The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development is constructing (6) check dams at cost of Exceeding (37) million Afghanis in different districts of Saripul province.

Today the construction of (6) check dams in six districts of this province has recently commenced today from the Minister of the said ministry Alhaj Mullah Muhammad Yunus Akhndazdah along with delegation.

In this meeting, the Acting Minister of the Ministry of Rural rehabilitation and Development Alhaj Mullah Muhammad Yunus Akhundzada, the delegation, governor of Saripul province Haji abdulrahman,Maulavi Janatullah kamali, the district governor of Sancharak, head of rural rehabilitation and development of this province, Mullah Muhammad Juma Haqyar, scholars, and young people participated.

During the work of these check dams, hundreds laborers of the region will be provided with work, by the construction of these check dams rain water will be retained and underground water level will be maintained.
