Work progress on construction of a water supply network in Sar e Pul province

With the total cost of 10 million AFN, the construction work of a solar water supply network has been 85 % completed by the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) in Aabkhor village of Gosfandi district of Sar e Pul province.

This network is 14 kilometers long and has an iron concrete reservoir, six pressure breaker reservoirs, 50 solar panels and 51 water taps. And by the construction of the mentioned network, 715 rural families will gain access to safe drinking water.
