کار اعمار یک باب مکتب ابتدایی به ارزش بیش از ۷ میلیون افغانی زیر چتر پروژهی اقرا از سوی برنامهی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات، در روستای دهستان ولسوالی آبکمری ولایت بادغیس آغاز شد.
این مکتب که طی ۵ ماه آینده به صورت پخته و اساسی برای آموزش دختران وپسران اعمار خواهد شد، دارای ۸ صنف درسی و سایر نیازمندیهای اساسی میباشد.
