کار ساخت یک کانال آب زراعتی برنامهی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات به ارزش ۱.۲ میلیون افغانی در روستای جغسای شهر شبرغان ولایت جوزجان ۷۰ درصد پیش رفته است.
این شبکه دارای ۹۸۹ متر طول، ۸ شیردهن، یک ذخیرهی ارتفاعی آب به ظرفیت ۱۰ متر مکعب و یک چاه به عمق ۷۰ متر بوده و با ساخت آن ۴۹۲ خانواده به آب آشامیدنی صحی دسترسی خواهند یافت.
