د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت محترم وزیر الحاج ملا عبداللطیف منصور صاحب نن په خپل کاري دفتر کې د فراه ولایت له الحاج ملا محمد حافظ مجاهد سره لیدنه وکړه.

د لیدنې په پيل کې د فراه ولایت والي په هېواد کې له ډاډمن امنیت او اسلامي امارت سره د خلکو همکارۍ څخه خوښي څرګنده کړه او د دغه ولایت د ولس ځینې ستونزې يې وزیر صاحب سره شریکې کړې.

ورپسې د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت محترم وزیر الحاج ملا عبداللطیف منصور صاحب د فراه ولایت والي ته د ښه راغلاست ترڅنګ وویل: موږ تل هڅه کوو چې د فراه ولایت په څېر لرو پرتو ولایتونو کې پراختیايي پروژې پلې کړو، د خلکو ستونزو ته رسېدنه وکړو او اسانتیاوې ورته برابرې کړو.
