د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت محترم وزیر الحاج ملا عبداللطیف منصور صاحب نن په خپل کاري دفتر کې د پروان ولایت له والي شیخ عزیزالرحمن منصور سره لیدنه وکړه.

د لیدنې په پيل کې د پروان ولایت والي د یاد ولایت د ولسونو ستونزې يې محترم وزیر صاحب سره شریکې کړې او د اوبو رسولو او سړک جوړولو په برخه کې د لازیاتو پراختیايي پروژو د پلي کولو غوښتنه وکړه.

ورپسې د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت محترم وزیر الحاج ملا عبداللطیف منصور صاحب د پروان ولایت والي ته ‌ډاډ ورکړ چې یاد وزارت به ولسونو ته د پراختیایې پروژو د پلي کولو په برخه کې کار وکړي او د خپلو شته امکاناتو او متوازن انکشاف سره سم به هر ډول اسانتياوې ورته برابرې کړي.
