د کونړ ولایت د غازي اباد ولسوالۍ اړوند هيلګل مرکزي کلي کې د پاکو او صحي اوبو پیپ سکیم پروژه بشپړه او د یاد ولایت د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا رئیس شمس الرحمن سیلاب له خوا ولس ته په واک کې ورکړل شوه . دغه پروژه چې د يونيسف ادارې په مالي مرسته او د کوار مؤسسې په تخنیکي همکارۍ د ٣،١٢٥ کيلو متره اوږدوالي سره شبکه، ٢٠متر مکعب ذخیره او ٣٦ عدده شیردهنونه چې د څلورو میاشتو په جریان کې بشپړه شوه. د يادې پروژې په بشپړیدو سره ٢٨٠ کورنۍ د پاکو صحي اوبو څخه برخمنې شوي.
