د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا ریاست په همکارۍ د کنړ ولایت د ماڼوګى ولسوالۍ اړوند د ناټيګرام په کلي کې د سولري شبکې د جوړولو چارې پيل شوې. ياده پروژه د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا رٸيس شمس الرحمن (سيلاب) ، د یاد رياست د انجنيرې تخنيکي ټيم او د ماڼوګى ولسوالۍ ولسوال قاري حضرت ګلاب (عاصم ) له خوا پرانیستل شوه. د یادونې وړ ده چې نوموړی پروژه د یونسیف ادارې (4000000) افغانیو په مالي لګښت اود تطبيق چارې يې د کوار همکارې مؤسسې په غاړه دي چې په جوړيدو سره به يې ٣٥٠ فاميلونه د پاکو او صحي اوبو څخه برخمن شي او په نږدي موده کې به ګټې اخېستنې ته وسپارل شي.
