د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا ریاست تر چتر لاندې، د نړیوال خوراکي پروګرام (WFP) په مالي مرسته او د (KRO) مؤسسې په تخنیکي همکارۍ د ارزگان ولايت د خاص ارزګان ولسوالۍ په (سیرو، باغ چار، فیروز، کوندلان، حسیني) کلیو كې د (۵۸۶) اړمنو او بیوزلو کورنیو سروې ترسره شوه او په لنډ وخت کې به خوراکي توکي ورته وویشل شي . د ارزګان ولایت د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا ریاست د وزارت د اړونده پالیسۍ له مخې تل هڅه او کوښښ کوي چې په لرې پرتو کلیوالي سیمو کې د خپلو اړمنو او بیوزلو خلکو لاس نیوی وکړي.
